Stevie will meet you on-site to discuss your vision for your new landscape. He’ll assess the built form, site constraints, materials, and existing planting.

This meeting helps define functional needs, design preferences, and budget considerations. Following this, we’ll prepare a design brief and fee proposal. Please allow 1 to 1.5 hours for this meeting.

Once the design brief is approved, we’ll begin developing a concept that brings your vision to life. A materials palette will accompany this to communicate the overall look and feel.

The concept will be presented on-site, where we’ll walk you through every detail. A round of minor revisions is included. Some sites may require sectional or elevation details—if needed, these will be costed accordingly.

Concept plans start at $2,300 + GST. Design fees are billed at $120 per hour.

Costs scale based on project scope and site size.

Some elements, such as finishes, structures, and detailed planting plans, may require further refinement. These are developed as needed to support construction or the DA/CDC approvals process and will be costed accordingly.

With Stevie leading both design and construction, the process remains seamless from concept to completion. Should any minor changes or tweaks be needed, they’ll be thoughtfully handled while preserving design integrity.
